You have been identified as having multiple VM/CMS userids listed in the ASU
Electronic (Profs) Directory as shown above.  There have been several problems
associated with having multiple e-mail addresses listed in this directory (such
as mail going to inactive userids and not being read).  Please choose one
userid to be listed in the directory under your name.  You have three options:
 
   a) Delete the additional userids, keeping only one.
   b) Suppress the listing of additional userids in the directory.
   c) Change the name associated with the additional userids so that they are
      unique.  This should only be done if they are userids that you also want
      to continue to be listed in the directory and receive mail.
 
Please forward this note from ONE of your userids to ICSCAO with instructions
on what to do for each userid that you own.  For example, if you have four
userids you might want to:
 
   ICSONE   - Keep
   ICSTWO   - Delete userid
   ICSTHREE - Rename to "Computer Science Department"
   ICSFOUR  - Remove from directory only
