The Ohio State University

The School of Educational Policy & Leadership at The Ohio State 
University is seeking a dynamic instructor with expertise cutting across 
our programs in Educational Psychology, Teacher Education, and 
Educational Research Methodology. This one-year appointment, at the 
senior lecturer level, will help to fill current needs in two academic 
areas within the School: Educational Psychology and Philosophy (EPP) and 
Quantitative Research, Evaluation, and Measurement (QREM).

The areas of specialization for this appointment include professional 
issues in teaching, adolescent development, introductory research 
methods, and introductory quantitative methods.

This position provides an opportunity for a talented candidate to work 
with our distinguished faculty in EPP and QREM, and contribute to our 
growing graduate programs. In addition to our Sections in EPP and QREM, 
the School of Educational Policy & Leadership comprises three other 
highly ranked, academic Sections: Higher Education & Student Affairs; 
Educational Administration; and Cultural Foundations, Technology, and 
Qualitative Methods.

Qualifications: Earned doctorate in educational psychology, and/or 
educational research or related area. Strong candidates will have a 
record of excellence in undergraduate- and graduate-level instruction, 
with research experience sufficient to support the academic mission of 
our students and the School.

Responsibilities:
. Teach graduate courses in the EPP and QREM programs.
. Teach or develop other more specialized courses as necessary or to be 
negotiated.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
