Dear Members of the Program Committee,
In just a few short days we will be gathering in Vancouver. In
preparation, please review the agenda included at the bottom of this
email. In addition to the committee meeting on May 19 and 20, please
note the meeting with Canadian members and the welcome reception on
Wednesday, May 18.
For those that will be arriving in time, please plan on attending the
meeting with Canadian members from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the Pan Pacific
Hotel, Ocean View Suite 6, Restaurant Level. This meeting will be a
forum for discussion on substantive sessions that highlight research on
education issues of importance to the geographic area. Following the
meeting, please plan to attend the Welcome Reception from 6:00pm-7:00pm
at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Ocean View Suite 7, Restaurant Level. If you
will not be arriving in time for the meeting, please plan to join the
group for the reception.
As a reminder, please use the links below to submit session proposals
and distinguished lecture nominations. These submissions are the
foundation for discussion during the meeting so it is very important
that you make your submission in advance so that the material can be
prepared for review at the meeting. Although the initial deadline was
today, the links will be available through Monday for you to submit your
proposals.
