I am also a doctoral student in West London and will be drawing Foucault. I am studying South-Asian adolescent girls and their cultural experiences within the context of the secondary school setting, family life, social contexts etc... Any advice is welcome.

Kindest regards

What area are you looking at for your doctoral work?

I am a doctoral candidate writing my prospectus. In reviewing the literature, I have encountered several articles of original sources addressing Foucalt's work. I am looking forward to receiving continued scholarly interaction on this and other topics! This is GREAT!

s it OK to ask a question like this?
We are studying classroom video recordings and would like to develop what could
e called a foucauldian framework here for analyses (or for instance to Ian
ackings notions on looping when relating the works of Foucault and Goffman). Is
here anybody out there working on such issues?
