Dear Colleagues,


The Center for Benefit-Cost Studies of Education (CBCSE) at Teachers College, Columbia University is pleased to announce a new training program for researchers and evaluators that will enable them to apply cost-effectiveness and benefit-cost analysis to educational policy issues. Professors Henry Levin and Clive Belfield, experts in the field and co-directors of CBCSE, will lead the training program. The program is free of charge.

 

Funded by the Institute of Education Sciences, the training program will be administered six times over the next three years at locations around the country. The first training session will be hosted at Teachers College, Columbia University from February 2, 2015 – February 6, 2015 with 3 subsequent days of virtual training.
